He shall not strive, nor cry; neither shall any man hear his voice in the streets.
Even though Christ would have every right to brag, because He is the greatest of all, He was still very humble and meek. We should follow His example by not trying to make ourselves look better than other people, and not trying to force our own ways.
Application
Proverbs 8:13The fear of the LORD [is] to hate evil: pride, and arrogancy, and the evil way, and the froward mouth, do I hate.
If I want to gain wisdom, I need to hate pride and arrogance. I'll watch the way I talk to avoid talking proudly
