- Herod tried to kill Jesus again, by killing all the babies in Bethlehem, but he only succeeded in fulfilling another prophesy, one about weeping
- v19-21
- the Lord used an angel in a dream again, to direct Joseph to bring his family back into Israel
- v22-23
- Yet another threat to Jesus, from Herod's son, yet another dream of warning, to turn aside from Judea, and yet another prophesy fulfilled, that Jesus would be called a Nazarene
