And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.
They loved God so much that they were unselfish and didn't even love their own lives as much as they loved God. They will willing to die for the Lamb and for the Word of their testimony.
We should live very unselfishly in our everyday lives, and we should love God even more than we love our own lives.
