v18
Then Judah came near unto him, and said, Oh my lord, let thy servant, I pray thee, speak a word in my lord's ears, and let not thine anger burn against thy servant: for thou [art] even as Pharaoh.
When we need to entreat somebody in authority, we should take Judah's example of doing it gently and humbly.
Application
v33Now therefore, I pray thee, let thy servant abide instead of the lad a bondman to my lord; and let the lad go up with his brethren.
We should be selfless when we entreat people. If I have to talk to somebody about a problem in their life, I'll stop to make sure I'm thinking about their good, not my own.
