And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and [so] that day come upon you unawares.
This verse speaks of making sure that your heart isn't in a state like being drunk, and that you're not taken up with the cares of this life.
I've been thinking about how I can find more time to do all the things I've been trying to get done, and I decided to push aside some things in my schedule to make room for others.
