Luke 24:36-53 - Key

v52

And they worshipped him, and returned to Jerusalem with great joy:

This is the way Jesus' followers were after they witnessed His resurrection and ascension, and this is the way we should be. I noticed that they worshiped Jesus Himself.

v53

And were continually in the temple, praising and blessing God. Amen.
They were:
  • worshiping Him
  • with great joy
  • praising God
  • blessing God

Application

When I pray to worship the Lord, I've been working on being sincere and genuine. I'll keep considering to make sure I really mean it.
