We have heard of the pride of Moab; [he is] very proud: [even] of his haughtiness, and his pride, and his wrath: [but] his lies [shall] not [be] so.
This is about the Lord's judgment of the group of people called Moab. They had a problem with pride, and we should make sure to not make the same mistake. We should make sure we're doing what we do really to serve the Lord, not to just make other people think well of us.
