v19
For your obedience is come abroad unto all [men]. I am glad therefore on your behalf: but yet I would have you wise unto that which is good, and simple concerning evil.
If we hear that somebody has done evil things, or if we know a word is a bad word but are not sure what it means, we shouldn't look it up. It's OK to not know all about evil things. We should be simple concerning evil.
From: Does Jesus Care?
By Frank Graeff, 1901 and J. HallDoes Jesus care when I’ve said “goodbye” To the dearest on earth to me, And my sad heart aches till it nearly breaks, Is it aught to Him? Does He see?
