Key v19
Wherefore let them that suffer according to the will of God commit the keeping of their souls [to him] in well doing, as unto a faithful Creator.
This verse seems to be saying something like this. The Lord is faithful and He is the Creator. If we have to suffer, leave it to the Lord to take care of us, by continuing to do what's right while we're suffering.
Application
When I feel depressed, I'll think of something good to do, and do that.
