v15

He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I [will be] with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him.

Are you "in trouble"? Call on the Lord. He will answer you, be with you, and deliver you.

    I forgot to mention, the Lord doesn't do this for just anybody. These promises are for people who do things like making Him their refuge and setting their Love on Him.
